Basically, we changed our wifi routers password and now my laptop can't connect to it. Im using a Compaq laptop and windows 7. When I open the wireless network connection other WiFis come up and our wifi is at the bottom of the list with a cross next to it and when I click it it says ' the settings saved on this computer for the network do not match the requirements of the network'. Ive tried right clicking it and going to properties and tried changing the password but it won't work. PLEASE help!!!!

Go to Control Panel\Network and sharing\Manage Wireless Networks
rt click on the network you want to delete and delete it.

or
double click the wireless network, properties, security you should be able to change the password
or you may have typed in the wrong password, they are case sensitive
