Paternity

My X has refused to take 2 paternity tests.  Since he failed to take the test the court set a pre trial date. Then he did not appear for a pre trial.  At the pre trial they said they would court order him to take the test.  I know personally he did not take the test.  Our court date is next month and he just told me that he moved to California.  What should I do?   I plan on moving away myself.  I do not want to waste my time if he is not going to show up again.  What can I do?
