Accident alone doesnt entitle a workman to claim compensation, it must arise out of and in the course of employment.

To be able to report or sue your employer for a work related accident, it must happen in the workplace on the hours you are working and be job related.

But then what do you do if a light fixture falls on you if your job is loading trucks? maybe I ask too.
