I received a new job offer today.
One of the clauses said: the employee is not entitled to gratuity if not on firm's sponsorship. (i'm sponsored by my husband)... is that legal in UAE? isn't it against labour law?

I could not find anything to that effect. But I know you wont be getting tickets home every 2 years because you were hired locally.
