Ultimately, yes; that is often how the multi-filing, frivolous lawyer is dealt with. Once disbarred, the lawyer can file only in his own name. After that, it'd be a matter of the relevant judges seeing his track record and dinging him appropriately until he can't afford filing fees.   But you know what?
