A corp was intended to be setup. Before the corp was completed and individual signed a contract as the VP of the said corp(ie Joe Smith VP of ACME INC). The Corp was never completed. The other party to the contract received monies however failed to deliver the product. That other party says that the contract is voided because the Corp doesnt exist.
