Someone posted a bunch of lies about me on Ripoff Report and I filed a lawsuit in Small Claims court that the judge didn't like and has allowed me time to write a proper complaint before dismissing on failure to show cause. Where do I find a model to use for writing a proper and legal complaint?

Can a person be sued for it? If so what evidence is needed? What type of attorney would be needed?
