Unsanitary Work Conditions

Hi I work at a drug store and the restrooms have been broken on and off for about 2 weeks now the bathroom floors are covered in feces and the smell is penetrating the back of the store as well as the back room where we work is this legal? Are we suppose yo be working under these conditions? Pleas help
