I live in South Florida right next to Miami. I'm looking for a lawyer that can help me sue DELL for sending my defective laptops, refusing to give my money back and over all unfair treatment.

I own a taxi service operating in a small village in Westchester County. The village sets the rates at $4 anywhere within the village. Taxi drivers are charging persons anywhere from $5 to $12 for these rides. The Police don't accept the complaints but SOMETIMES make "blotter" entries. In some cases, even those complaints are simply turned away.

I purchased a car from a dealership that had only 3000 miles. Whe they gave me the car fax it was clean. I began to have problems with the car so i started doing my research.
