In Alabama, what are the requirements to make a citizens arrest? Does it have to be a felony? Can it be a misdemeanor? If it is drug related do I take evidence to the police as well? From my understanding, if you are tested roadside in Australia for drugs and the result comes up positive (for argument's sake, let's say the driver took marijuana a week before the test).
HOWEVER - if the drug level records at LESS THAN 50ng/ml - then that is ok???
Why can't the police charge for drug use - it is still in their system, even at a very low level - does this not prove that ...
