Does anyone know where I can find what year a law was reformed, and what was changed? Specifically drug laws

I will be flying through Dubai from England to India shortly. We will be in transit in Dubai for a few hours only, never leaving the airport.

No. Drug laws are not a Federal issue. Never have been. Federal government has no legal authority over MJ or intra-state commerce. Period.

Just because federal prohibition has been going on for decades does not make it any less illegal.

my friend and I talk about these kinds of things a lot, and he claims that where we live (Iowa), having an ounce of marijuana is a felony.
