Hi, I work in retail as a part time associate. But I am being given 40 hours a week, is this legal? Also they require me to work 9 hours days and only give me a one hour lunch break... And refuse to give me any 15 minute breaks. I thought it was a law that you are required to be given fifteen minute breaks?

I own a trademarked brand that is listed with the united states patent and trademark office. A group made a song name the same as my trademark and its on itunes and there cd, plus they have a video with them wearing out branded products.

Is this legal, dont they have to pay royalties or have permission?

If you were scheduled to work 1pm -7pm are you required to stay after your scheduled time out if at the end of your shift they decide they want to keep you longer
