Does anybody know what Pennsylvania law says about breaking a lease early?
My lease is from New Jersey and I live in Pennsylvania and it only says that.."If the tenant terminates the lease before the end of the lease term, then the tenant will be responsible for the cost of preparing the apartment for a new tenant."

It doesnt say anything about how long of a notice I have to give if I want to ...
